Carriers

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other economical last-mile delivery carriers.

The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, package size, delivery speed, and carrier availability.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship the same business day, as long as there are no address issues, payment issues, inventory issues, or other order concerns.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders are delivered within approximately 3 to 4 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may happen due to weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, regional disruptions, or other issues outside of our control.

Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If your address is incomplete or flagged by our system, we may contact you before shipping. This may delay fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 2 business days at support@tryortha.com.

We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or the local carrier office before a replacement or refund is considered.

If the carrier investigation shows that the carrier was at fault, we may ship a replacement order. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a refund minus the original cost of shipping.

Lost Packages

If tracking stops updating and the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will ship a replacement order.
