45-Day First Bottle Money-Back Guarantee
Ortha offers a 45-day money-back guarantee on the first bottle purchased by a customer.
This guarantee applies only to the first bottle purchased. We encourage customers, especially those with sensitivities or chronic health conditions, to purchase a single bottle when trying Ortha for the first time.
To request a refund under this guarantee, please contact us at support@tryortha.com within 45 days of delivery.
Opened bottles do not need to be returned for the first-bottle guarantee.
Multi-Bottle Orders
If a customer chooses to purchase more than one bottle on their first order, the 45-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first bottle.
Unopened bottles may be eligible for return, subject to approval by our support team.
Return Shipping
If we approve a return, Ortha will cover the return shipping cost.
We may provide a return label or return instructions by email.
Order Mistakes
If we make a mistake with your order, such as shipping the wrong item or incorrect quantity, we will make it right.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, replacement shipment, or another resolution. If the error is ours, we will cover the cost.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
Customers must notify us within 2 business days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or shows as delivered but was not received.
If a package is lost in transit and the carrier investigation confirms the package is truly lost, we will ship a replacement order.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we may open a carrier investigation. If the carrier is found to be at fault, we may ship a replacement order. Depending on the circumstances, we may instead issue a full refund.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once processed, refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Subscriptions
Ortha does not currently offer subscriptions. Any purchase made through TryOrtha.com is a one-time purchase unless clearly stated otherwise in the future.
